About Sjá

Sjá has been a leader in user research and accessibility since 2001. The company specializes in testing websites, solutions, and interfaces with real users to identify barriers and improve experience.

Sjá provides independent consulting for needs analysis and strategy development of digital services and has worked with numerous companies to create user-centered solutions. Through data-driven research and testing, Sjá leverages insights into user behavior to improve design, functionality, and usability.

Our Services

We bridge the gap between companies and users. For years, we have researched user behavior and worked with companies to improve services. At Sjá, we tailor our consulting to the needs of our clients.

Consulting

Sjá provides professional consulting based on years of experience and knowledge. Our consulting is independent and based on research into user behavior and needs.

Strategy Development

Sjá helps companies develop clear strategies and set goals that deliver results. We undertake to lead any kind of strategy development or support managers in such a journey.

Digital Future

Sjá has extensive experience in leading companies and institutions through this transformation process and tailors consulting to each individual client.

User Research

Gain insight into user needs, behavior, and goals. User research forms a solid foundation for informed decisions in design and development. We apply diverse methods in our research - workshops, interviews, surveys, testing, evaluations, etc.

User Testing

Want to understand the experience of real users? By testing early and regularly, we find what works well and what needs improvement – this way we ensure success and better user experience.

AI-Simulated User Testing

Get results early in the design process. We create AI personas that resemble real users and guide them through the interface of your solution. The method works well for identifying issues with terminology, flow, and unclear assumptions.

AI is a valuable contribution to preparation but does not replace real users.

Accessibility

We ensure that all users can use your solutions. We emphasize accessibility in our consulting and also conduct accessibility audits. Sjá's consulting is based on international WCAG standards and aims to create a better experience for everyone.

A useful contribution to development but does not replace a full manual audit or user testing.
